San Diego Jewish Academy PTO – Mission Statement
Our mission as a Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) at San Diego Jewish Academy (SDJA) is to promote and encourage open and effective communication, and strengthen the partnerships between parents, teachers, administration, and the extended Jewish community in order to enhance the overall student and family experience at SDJA. The PTO also sponsors and organizes fundraising, educational activities, and school events, which deepen our community spirit and enrich our children’s educational, social, and developmental involvement at SDJA.
- Facilitating and enhancing communication between families and SDJA
- Promoting fellowship within the school community through student/parent/family activities
- Assisting in fundraising for SDJA
- Providing parent education regarding social issues that affect our students
