SDJA Virtual Experience
Serving children from kindergarten through grade 12, San Diego Jewish Academy challenges students to achieve their full academic potential and become individuals of strong moral and ethical character, while inspiring them to make Judaism a vital and relevant aspect of their lives.
Golda Meir Lower School (K - 5th Grade)
The general studies curriculum emphasizes mastery of basic skills, concepts and content in all of the disciplines, development of higher order thinking skills and the creative application of knowledge. Beginning in kindergarten, students are encouraged to put the needs of others before their own, show humility, and look for ways to help those who are less fortunate. The Judaic studies program stresses an understanding of core values and ethics. Children engage in daily prayer, are taught to read, write and speak Hebrew, and learn about holidays and customs.

Through core subjects, electives, and the full range of Advanced Placement courses, students are prepared for success in the rigorous academic climate of competitive colleges and universities. As part of the school’s focus on tikkun olam, social action, students are required to perform community service each semester.
